温家宝视察霸河桥工地    中铁电气化局集团西安电气化工程有限公司（原隶属郑州铁路局西安铁路工程集团）座落在炎帝故里、中国电气化铁路的发源地、享有“青铜器之乡”美誉的历史名城陕西省宝鸡市。
    公司作为国家高新技术企业，具有铁路电气化工程专业承包一级、铁路电务工程专业承包一级等多项资质。通过了ISO9000、ISO14000、OHSAS18000三标（质量、环境、职业健康安全）体系认证。
    公司下辖三个接触网工程段、一个变电工程段、一个电力分公司、一个设备租赁中心和两个厂。主营电气化铁路接触网、牵引变电所、牵引供电远动系统、电力及通信、信号工程项目，兼营铁路电气化及电力配件加工、接触网支柱制造、水泥制品。电气化试验中心获得牵引变电所供电及国内外各种电气设备性能测试的陕西省授权。现有员工1800余人，其中具有各类专业职称的技术人员近500人，高级职称技术人员12人，中级职称技术人员和工人技师200余人。总资产达近2亿元。拥有恒张力架线车等各类先进专业机械设备100多台。施工队伍遍布陕、甘、川、新、蒙、豫、京、晋、鄂、湘、赣、辽、鲁等省市自治区。年电气化施工能力达1000条公里以上，年产值4亿元，2005年新签合同额7.67亿元。
    在市场经济的大潮中，公司大力推进优质名牌战略、人才兴企战略，实施管理创新、科技创新，从单一的铁路市场跨入大连城市轨道交通以及神延铁路、大连轻轨供电维管等高新市场领域。公司自1978年创立以来，先后参与了我国20多条铁路干线电气化改扩建工程和国外电力工程，与德、法、日等多国公司进行技术合作，建成了我国第一条德国先进技术标准的哈大电气化铁路，修建了宝兰二线我国西部第一条生态环保铁路，参加了郑徐、浙赣、京沪、京津沈、京哈通道电气化改造等我国第五、第六次铁路大提速工程，在大秦线电气化扩能工程中，创新“三线同架”工法，刷新了中国电气化铁路既有线改造的新记录， 在陇海线灞河桥抢险抢建工程中，仅用60天，高质量建成了全长399.88米的双线电气化铁路大桥，创造了我国铁路建桥史上的奇迹；在大连、成都青城山分别承建了我国第一条城市新型快轨和我国第一条国产化磁悬浮列车试验示范线工程。
    近年来，国家领导人朱镕基、温家宝和铁道部部长刘志军先后到公司承建的重点工程工地视察，极大的鼓舞了员工士气。

Xi'an Electrification Engineering Co. Ltd.(XEEC) subordinate to China Electrification Bureau (EEB) (belongs to Zhengzhou Railway Bureau  Xi'an Engineering group Co. Ltd. originally ) is located in the historic city of Baoji Shaanxi Province  witch was the homeland of Emperor Yandi and birthplace of the Chinese electrified railway also the good reputation in " township of the bronze ware " .

As the national new high-tech enterprise. The company has first class qualification certificates, in such aspects as railway electrification, electricity, communication, signal, etc. System authentication of getting relevant departments (the quality, environment, job are healthy and safe). ISO9000, ISO14000, OHSAS18000.

There are three branch departments, a transformer substation one, an electrification one, a lease centre of equipment and two factories. They are majoring in the power supply of railway electrification and the transformer substation and remote control, electricity, communication, signal, etc. The production of the electric apparatus of the railway at the same time such as electrified cement pillar, products, etc. The test centre obtain the authorization of Shaanxi Province. There are more than 1800 staffs and nearly 500 technicians, among them 12 senior engineer and more than 200 other technical workers now in the company. The total assets are close to 200 million Yuan and all kinds of advanced mechanical equipments more than 100 sets. The building site of the company spread all over domestic and parts besides minority province. Annual construction ability reaches more than of 1000km; the output reaches 400 million Yuan. In 2005, the new contract volume that has already been signed is 767 million Yuan.
